Pixie Lighthorse reads weekly in a year-long book study of her best-selling book Goldmining the Shadows: Honoring the Medicine of Wounds. This lighthearted but heavy-duty year of connection includes a reading of one chapter per week, followed by a deeper review of the content, and application for your day-to-day life.
These intensifying times are taking a toll on our bodies and families, requiring collective reflection and accountability for being resourced for the times ahead. Inner housekeeping and inventory helps you strengthen and become resilient for what already is, and what’s to come. While it may not be an easy workout, developing core strength in our minds, hearts and nervous systems in the company of a year-long community will find you discovering what is most helpful and healing for you. At the root of most of our struggles is fear. Past experiences inform the present and have the power to shape the world around us. The intention of this book study is to gently become intimate with your neglected parts of self and bring awareness and care where needed.
An hour per week of live Zoom nourishment and connection aims to help mend your struggles and troubles, and unearth the hidden aspects of you that can be sources of medicine. Each short chapter is a nugget for your journey to help soul and heart recover and restore.
